Eastatoe Falls - NCEastatoe Falls - NC© Copyright David Simchock Workshop Overview: Autumn in the Blue Ridge Mountains – there is no better time to be here than when Mother Nature transforms the spring and summer greenery into a colorful palette of reds, oranges and yellows, with a splash of evergreen thrown in. Sunrises and sunsets, although spectacular any season of the year, take on an entirely different aesthetic, weaving magical light in with a touch of moody fog or low cloud, and all of the seasonal color that one could imagine. Waterfalls and wildlife find themselves framed in a touch of natural beauty, begging to have their photo captured. And, that is what this workshop is about –- capturing the natural beauty of this awe-inspiring part of the world during a truly special time of the year. We’ll shoot and review (and shoot some more), and build lasting friendships that will stay with us for as long as our photos are there to remind us of our unique experience.

Based at the exquisite Mountain Lens workshop facility in Hendersonville, North Carolina (about 40 minutes south of Asheville), this workshop / tour is not to be missed by landscape and nature photographers from both near and afar.
